New EHR Integration: Elation Health
As iFax continues expanding its integration capabilities, its new EHR integration with Elation Health will enable you to integrate the faxing app with the EHR (Electronic Health Records) system.
Important Note: To date, the faxing app can only integrate with one EHR system at a time. If you already have the “Epic” configuration enabled, you will need to disable it before setting up the integration for Elation Health EHR.
iFax AI Integration and Automation Updates
This update also expands iFax’s automation capabilities by introducing new file format options for saving output data in a designated folder. Users can now save data as PDF, TXT, or JSON files.
Note: Saving automation output in JSON format requires AI credits. The specific number of credits required will depend on the complexity of the data and the chosen format.
AI Update
Online faxing with iFax has taken a new level with its latest AI-powered fax update. With iFax Web 7.12, you can now leverage NLP (Natural language processing) and advanced machine learning to automatically detect fax Sender, Subject, and Document Types directly from the dashboard.
Note that you will need AI credits to access and utilize this feature.
