FaxLogic offers a wide variety of plans. The price depends on the number of users and whether you use a physical fax machine. The cheapest Group Virtual Fax plan costs $49.95/month for five users and 500 fax pages. The cheapest Group Fax Machine plan costs $59.95/month for five users and 500 pages. FaxLogic also offers customized pricing for Enterprise plans.
iFax is a highly secure, SOC 2-compliant online fax service. It provides 265-bit AES encryption, TLS encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), audit logs, and administrator account management. With these features, your faxes will be safe from prying eyes.
FaxLogic is another SOC 2-compliant fax service that values data security. It uses 128-bit AES encryption by default, but the more secure 256-bit encryption is optional. Faxing is done through its Advanced Web Client, a web app that ensures all data goes through an encrypted SSL connection.
Both iFax and FaxLogic provide healthcare entities with HIPAA-compliant faxing. iFax goes a step further to sign a business associate agreement (BAA) upon request for free. Meanwhile, FaxLogic states it complies with HIPAA, but its website doesn’t mention that it will sign a BAA.
iFax helps you fax easily, even while working remotely. It’s compatible with any device and offers updated mobile fax apps for Android and iOS devices. These apps let you send, receive, and view faxes anywhere with an internet connection without limitations to the accessible features.
FaxLogic provides an Advanced Web Client for faxing. However, it doesn’t offer mobile apps. To fax using your mobile phone, you should use your mobile web browser. FaxLogic also supports online faxing via standard fax machines. However, you must purchase their exclusive fax adapter to use this feature.
“We have so many people using it and it’s very user-friendly. We have volunteers that are older, people that might not be super tech-savvy. It is easy to train people on it fairly quickly and they get the hang of it.”

iFax integrates eSignature capabilities on its platform. This inbuilt eSign future makes it convenient for its users as they do not need to open a separate app to add their signature to a document;
FaxLogic doesn’t provide an in-built digital signature feature. You would have to convert your document to a PDF and sign using a third-party e-signing app. Another option would be to print the document, use a wet signature, and send it through your FaxLogic-enabled fax machine.
API and Developer Support
“Great customer service! The Google Workspace integration has been great for our organization. Everyone likes it compared to our previous service.”
iFax offers one of the best fax broadcasting services. You can send faxes to an unlimited number of multiple recipients simultaneously. There’s also no limit to the number of recipients you can reach, and you can send up to 4000 pages to one recipient. You can also create broadcast lists for easy fax blasting.
FaxLogic supports fax broadcasting. However, you are limited to sending 50 recipients and 100 pages simultaneously. If you need to send more pages, you can ask FaxLogic to increase your limits.
“Easy to use and less expensive than maintaining a fax machine and dedicated telephone line.”
iFax supports multiple cloud storage integrations aside from providing its own secure online file storage. You can sync your faxes to the most popular cloud storage providers: Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
FaxLogic website states that “most FaxLogic plans store your inbound and outbound faxes online.” However, files are stored in its Advanced Web Client or via email. You would need to download your files from these apps before uploading them to other cloud solutions.
iFax offers integrations with different apps, in addition to cloud storage solutions. It works with Slack, Zapier, and trusted EHR and EMR systems. You can conveniently fax using these app integrations or create a new integration through its Programmable API.
Meanwhile, FaxLogic only supports app integrations through its REST API. Unlike iFax, FaxLogic doesn’t provide ready integrations with popular apps.
