What’s New With iFax Web 7.15?
Fax Templates With Pre-filled Recipient Information
Fax template creation via General Settings now allows users to set a fixed recipient information in the “To” field. This way, setting up templates addressed to specific contacts or user groups would be faster and easier than repeating the process every time.
How it works
To create fax templates with pre-filled recipient details, you must:
- Go to Settings and click the General tab.
- Go to Templates & Cover Pages and click New Template.
- If your fax template has a cover page, you can simply set a unique default fax number for the “To” field.
- Enter a custom name for your fax template and click Save.
Note: Set the template with pre-filled recipient information as your default template if you want it to appear as the primary template each time you click Compose Fax.

The latest iFax Web version also has updates for User API.
First is selective page faxing, which allows users to fax only specific pages instead of sending the entire document. Selective faxing cuts the time and effort needed to extract pages manually. For example, if you have a 100-page report, you can specify the exact pages you want to fax, offering a hassle-free approach. It also enables you to transmit documents more efficiently.
The update also allows setting endpoints for managing labels associated with tasks. Our Fax API now supports using labels to categorize and organize tasks, which helps streamline the process of online fax document tracking and archiving.
Permission Details for Whitelabel, Reseller, and API
Under Fax User Account Management via Settings, there is now the option to display Whitelabel, Reseller, and API Permissions navigation menus when managing and updating sub-user accounts. The system now shows additional information about the permissions granted to a group or sub-user, making it easier to determine their access level.
