Offsite consultation management

Sapphire EHR’s consultation features help you manage and schedule offsite visits. The platform shows you each consultation request with the provider’s name, clinic type, consult type, urgency, date of request and approval, and more. You can decline and approve requests, recommend alternative treatments, and print your consultation appointment history through the EHR.

Dental module

The dental module is an optional feature that shows a color-coded dental diagram. This diagram displays the patient’s current condition and those with waitlisted and completed treatments. The platform schedules items based on procedure type, dates, housing locations, or level of care. 

Documents

Document management is easier than ever on Sapphire EHR. This feature allows you to use templates, upload files of any size or type, or categorize documents for easy retrieval. You can download these files for later use.

Charting

Sapphire EHR creates digital versions of your paper-based documents. The forms are customizable, allowing you to include and exclude certain questions. You can also use triggers to help users fill out forms automatically and record signatures whenever necessary. Sapphire EHR experts tailor these forms based on your input and workflows.  

Patient hotlists

The EHR software helps you identify high-risk patients by placing them on a Hotlist. If you have patients who are a suicide risk, need psychiatric assessment, require tuberculosis screening, and the like, you can put them on the Hotlist. Patients on this list are monitored, displaying an overview of their health status.

Immunization

Keep your vaccine inventory organized and ensure your stock is full with Sapphire EHR’s immunization feature. The platform automatically updates the remaining doses available after a vaccine is administered. It also tracks each dose by lot and shows the person who received it and when it was administered. These immunization tools are integrated with printable patient charts, so you don’t need to enter vaccine information for each patient manually.

Patient Intake

This feature lets you quickly identify and manage special medical requirements or limitations a patient may have. It records information about specialized medical equipment the patient uses, their reasons for using them, and other types of restrictions such as property, housing, dietary, and work-related limitations. TB testing and monitoring
