Account Management Permissions

  1. Admin (All Permissions): Full access to all features and settings.
  2. Finance and Plan Management: Manage billing, subscriptions, and plan settings.
  3. Users & Permissions: Manage other users’ accounts and permissions.
  4. Manage Fax Numbers: Add, remove, and manage fax numbers.
  5. Show Navigation Menus: Control the visibility of navigation menu items.
    • Dashboard: Access the main dashboard.
    • Inbox: View received faxes.
    • My Assignment: View assigned faxes.
    • Done: View completed faxes.
    • Draft: Access draft faxes.
    • Sent: View sent faxes.
    • All Faxes: Access all faxes.
    • Schedule: Manage scheduled faxes.
    • All Documents: Access all documents.
    • Trash: View and manage deleted items.
    • Folders: Organize faxes and documents into folders.
    • Labels: Categorize faxes and documents.
    • Integrations: Manage integrations with other services.

Inbound Permissions

  1. Assign Faxes to Others: Assign incoming faxes to team members.
  2. Manage Custom Fields: Create and manage custom fields for faxes.
  3. View Faxes: View incoming faxes.
  4. Delete Faxes: Delete incoming faxes.
  5. Fax to Email: Forward incoming faxes to email.

Outbound Permissions

  1. Send Faxes: Send faxes.
  2. View Sent Faxes by Others: View faxes sent by other users.
  3. Delete Faxes: Delete outgoing faxes.
  4. Email to Fax: Send faxes via email.
  5. Broadcast Faxing: Send faxes to multiple recipients.
  6. Template and Cover Page Management: Manage fax templates and cover sheets.

Document Workflow Permissions

  1. Assign Documents to Others: Assign documents for review or action.
  2. Add/Edit Documents: Add and edit documents.
  3. View Documents: View documents in the system.
